  • AWESOME!!!!!!

  • Hey there Peter,

I'd like to say first that I watch your videos all the time, whether you've posted new ones or not. ha. I think you're just fantastic and I wish more people found the beauty in this. I'm overwhelmed by how many really do seem to enjoy it here on youtube though. Really makes me happy.

I would love to see some of this played on a classical. I'm a sucker for jazz on nylon string. ha. Hopefully soon I'll get around to posting something too.

    Anyway, please never stop.

    Trevor

  • Beautiful. Just Beautiful.

  • Great playing

  • Impressive...extraordinary version!

  • Mighty impressive Peter, and you can't blame some of the negative comments for people who came looking for a nice comfy version.

Love the voicings, the separation between the voices. I imagine they would be more very interesting on an instrument with more of an acoustic response.

  • great! strange reharmonization, but i like it, sounds specia!

    what strings do you use?

  • let me tilt my jaw back up... wow... beautiful...

  • pretty warm! Great chords. great! lines! :)

The amp is an AER compact 60, although I use an alesis nanoverb. I don't recall if I used my MXR 10 band eq on this, but I use one now...:) Hope jazz in argentina is keeping you busy and happy. Should you be interested, I teach via Skype. My very best to you, thank you again, Peter

    Jostein G.

  • Unlike any arrangement of Stella I've ever heard, sounds amazing man.

  • Very cool Pete. A beautiful, inventive, very different and intriguing take on a classic. Superb command of the instrument and a deep knowledge of harmony. Keep pushing the boundaries... it's fantastic!!

  • Amazing!

  • Peter Mazza posseses & draws from, a seemingly endless well of amazing, deeply musical & harmonically stratospheric, chordal inventions.

He plays with such command & ease, that the musical treatises he is presenting to us flow into one's consciousness like a cool breeze on a blue sky day. This of course is the mark of a deeply disiplined artist, who approaches his formidable natural gifts with the committment & respect they warrant.

Thank you for the music Peter!

  • Great job on this Pete!

  • cool
