  • real life portal panels

  • Choreographer meet robot programmer!

  • Impressive inverse kinematics, Batman!

  • did anyone think the y was a k at 00:41 and thought it said kkk

  • VKRC2

  • I bet coffee breaks are really fun where they make these!

  • I want one

  • @Robbieburnett1 I want not one but all, and free electricity too

  • There's a certain similarity to Aperture Science's pannels.

  • choreography is boring

  • trochę za wolno się ruszają jak na swoje możliwości:)

  • @widedenke Zdecydowanie :D

  • Dear santa...

  • ... is there a program that can control multiple robots at the same time... like make a line with a,b,c,d and they go to certain points on that line? obviously you have multiple axeses, but you see my point?

I am a 20 year old industrial maintenance technician, but want to specialize in robotics like this and make processes more efficient or... automate processes that couldnt be preformed before. I wish there was a program somewhere like a scholorship. Does anyone know?

  • lets spend 600k on robots so we can make them dance .. yay!

  • @xjcurtisx how about lets use 12 of our own robots before we ship them out to the customers thus costing nothing but programming and setup time:)

  • Next: Kuka cheerleaders!

  • @Deusrexmachina Yeh!! They would anything on command and not moan afterwards!!

  • @bonosbones Maybe... they'd still be cold though.

    xD xD

  • lol totally reminds me of portal

  • only if the robots at my work would work as well as those.

  • where is the cooperation????

  • ABB gets things like that thanks to the genius of its employees. Still, in the name of profit, the company is laying off workers in the plant of Galindo to hire others in Turkey paying even lower wages. 160 families will be sent straight to misery because of the greed of ABB. Watch the irreverent and unexpected video produced by the workers as protest against the greed of ABB. Search for ABB Galindo "Cierre por pelotas" in YouTube. Shame ABB. All support workers ABB!

  • Portal 2 panels?

  • @IRussianBoy A little too close to the truth.

  • yes, i know but is joke

  • pshh, that ain't dancin'. i seen a commercial one time where there was a dude and an arm type bot like that that were REALLY doin'a dance. the dude was jumpin around and the robotic arm bot was followin' him like no tomorrow! 8D too bad i only saw that commercial once. i LOVED it and i have no idea what it was for. i just thought the dancin' bot was awesome XD

  • A Kraftwerk song might also work for this!

  • "Kuka" in hungarian translation = trash :-)

  • @StageIine

The word "KUKA" in hungarian language is deriving from the name of the same company. KUKA => Keller Und Knappich Augsburg (manufacturer of waste collection vehicles and robots)

  • Your English reading skill is awesome.

  • Most of the robots built in the last 12-15 years are accurate to WELL below a mm,

  • I like the sound... :-)

  • I like the sound... :-)

  • awsome cool,

    i want these robots

  • awsome

  • caca de vaca

  • Excuse me can you say me the title or the artist of this song, it's amazing!!XD grat video!

  • Bit boring.

  • stupid combination of music and movement, it absolutely don't fit!

  • But will they blend?!

  • kuk in swedich means willly

  • It's the best robot dance coming from robots that I have ever seen!!!!!

  • Skipped video after 40 seconds of stupid text an annoying moise without seeing anything.

  • I like the tits on the one fifth from the left... mmmmm...

  • f... geeks lol

  • how many times have i told you stupid robots stop playing around and built me some mercedes >: )

  • Made in Germany

  • What? no, quit it! just stop!

  • holy shit those are acurate

  • @hubzcaps yea , next month ill start workin one of abb robots =D

  • @hubzcaps

+/- 0.5 mm at the point furthest away from the center. Closer to the origin, they can pick a single card from an entire deck.

  • This certainly proves that technology can create really, really BORING videos!

  • Drum sound is amazing

  • wer so einen roboter mal live sehen will: kuka streut gerade FREE tickets zur weltweit größten robotik-messe unters volk: automation-wird-einfach.de

  • For sure, that´s a real application

programming was done during a night shift, (2-4 weeks ridiculous)

  • Nice, at first I thougt it was animated, but when we got a closer look, I found it real. Not exactly what I had hoped for when the text said "Dancing" :P 4/5

  • 1 million?!?! LOL

a robot like this.. for ex. kuka kr140 is about 80-100k €

    a small abb 1600 irc5 new is about 18-20k €

and the used robot is very cheap.. under the 10k

  • 1 Million for the entire installation!!!

  • Here is another "idea". Get six of them and invert them on a platform to make a giant hexapod walker robot. This could be an all terrain walker. If you put wheels on the ends of each foot it could roller skate the walk over boulders. Use a big 8 cylinder engine to power the 3 phase generator to power all of them.

  • I have an "idea". Get a bunch of mirrors, track the sun and create a burn ray array that is focusable on near and far objects. Set the array up on snow or grass and burn a design onto the ground, like a crop circle.

Here is another "idea". Get a large stretchy dense material and move the robots in a sinusoidal pattern to create a low subsonic wave generator. It would be like the world's largest low frequency subwoofer.

  • thanks for the ideas bro

  • 1 robot actually costs 1 million euros.

This includes robot, montage and programming.

  • A Fanuc 420i of that size cost about $120,000 and they are now on fire sale from closed down car plants.

  • Nonsens!

A robot of this size costs around 50K€. The programming mostly needs 2-4 weeks. Meaning further 10-20K€.

  • That's like saying 1 car costs 10 thousand euros.. you're an idiot.

  • that poles in front of the robots are doing what?

  • This installation was not only done to show this demonstration. In the reality the poles are holding a very long part for assembling purposes. The cell was covered with black curtains during the filming.

  • i don't think viable that a factory use so much robotic arms for a linear working surface, but i will take that...

  • Its more a test to feature out whats possible. The special part is made of carbon fibers and must be bent not an inch.

  • @molinobeer I think they held the signs

  • I wonder how much all those robots cost...

  • Around 1 Million €!

  • Muy buena presentación. Seguramente son Robots cooperadores

  • Hehe, what do you mean ptschafer? Then you haven't much 3D-experience I assume?

    This is real, sorry :)

  • prove it

  • shut the heck up you idiot!

  • Made in Germany !!!

    best machines ever

  • Over half the stuff you use is because of technology like this and most of it comes from Japan and China. About the millions of people that walk kms to get water, please explain yourself, do you want the USA to walk millions of miles for water too, or do you want the industrial nations to give this technology to the water walkers so they can wipe there ass and get faster water with a machine?

  • very slow movements...check out ABB robotics link to TrueMove and QuickMove video

  • not that creative and the music was to fast for the moves so medialistic I gave this video 3*

Technical it would be more int. if the robots drop and take other thinks - but this is way to easy with those machines I bet I could control these with my Casio Keyboard

  • @MonkDoc Not even in your wildest dreams

  • it's amazing how these work! i'm thinking about going into robotics w/ my major

  • that looks totally cgi

  • My thoughts too..

If i had all those machines i would want a decent camera to capture it..

I cant believe so many people see this and know what they and what they are worth and think its actually a demo and not something drawn in acad/imos for example.

  • Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • it be cool to have them make a walkway or ramp thing that people could walk on or ride a bike on

  • hammer...das lied ich geil 5*

  • bardzo fajnie napisany program!! Kuka rulez

  • W zasadzie większość to taki standardzik tylko końcowy manewr jest jakiś bardziej skompilkowany. Nie miałem jeszcze do czynienia z kukami pracującymi w grupach, ale podejrzewam, że takie proste to nie było.
