its called frame blending. Its simple to make one object faster while one is normal. Or if you didnt have a frame blend you could have just had them be moving slow. No one can type that fast, let alone with only 1 finger. Besides, there are way fewer key strokes than there are characters, you CANNOT type 200 characters with 20 key strokes, there's just no way. The typing in the screen has to be a video of some kind, note that he selects an item in the menu (the video) and the typing actually starts before he even touches the first key.
How much of loser you have to be to fake something like this to post it on the internet. Get a life.

@iruletheinternet well if on the orignal clip, the foot was moving REAL slow, then if you speed it up, it would move normal and the video would seem to be at a normal frame rate. some your proof is not accepted!
