As a fire mage that pulls 7k+ dps in ulduar i have something to say...NEVER USE ANYTHING BUT FIRE SPELLS! You completly negate the benefits of the fire spec by using frost spell and Arcane spells!...Fire's benefits come from the crits of the fire spells not only returning Mana but also proc-ing Hot streak...you shoudl NEVER use frostbolt and even more so NEVER use Arcane spells...anything other than fire spells as fire spec will only lead to a waste of mana and a waste of DPS, that is all.
