My owner has just bought myself and the Mrs oe of these to replace our old one. She has no probs using it and we love it despite being rabbits not dogs. The interior design means it takes us longer to get the food out even with the largest hole and our owner is impressed because she can take it to pieces and wash it easily.

It's impossible to  open the ball, good idea but not user friendly.;
