They are on a 3.25% grade or somethin steep and they don't want to have the engine runaway off the end of the siding. Sorry 'bout the focus but the quality isn't that good so that the frame rate is 20fps instead of 3fps.

Sounds like the same horn on the South Shore train in My town. South Bend,Indiana. I love the sound of the P3, very loud, but beautiful in a way.

Yeah! I LOVE HER HORN! She was born as a GN unit, then went to BN, and then to Cargill. Although in this vid she is stuck, this is unusual actualy. She's on a grade so one of the cars hand brakes ore on to keep her from rolling. Guess the brakes were on too much on the one car, LOL!
