@xRSxxBallerxx99 jailbreaking itself won't slow down your iPod at all! It's just the things you download from Cydia that will slow it down. Such as heavy tweaks. So as long as you don't download too many heavy tweaks that slow down your device, you'll be fine!

hey dude - I get all the way through but then it gets stuck on the scrolled text for some reason. I have to manually reboot my iphone adn it just goes back to normal mode (it's an iphone 3gs). the jailbreak says it is working, but I have to force a reboot and there is no jailbreak when it reboots - why is this?

it will not break your ipod but it will break if you are not on 4.2.1 and for iphone 3g and 3gs users on 4.2.1 dont follow jailbreak go for the redsnow jailbreak but its tethered or you cant just wait for the untethered version of redsnow thumbs up so people can see

Keep in mind that when you are jailbreaking it, you NEED to be on the admin account and you need to hold the home button for 15 seconds
