This is awesome ive been using FL 9 XXL Pro for about 1 day now. Was trying to figure out how to make a wobble. This made it easy. However i have one problem im hoping someone can help me with. For some reason at the begining of the wobble im making it has some quick beep type sound that is actually audible even when i put it into my playlist pattern. Is there something i can do to get rid of this? I tried starting brand new and i still get the same issue. All help is appreciated.

To the guy below me; it sounds like the problem lies with where you have the LFO start and stop. In Massive (which is what I use) you can drag the shape of the LFO (sine, for example) to the left/right so that the note will start with the filter slightly open/closed. I think you just need to align the sine so that it's in the middle. Or just tick the "restart" button.

So I use Toxic Biohazard, I got some amazing sounds and all that shit. My issue is that the "Wubs," even though they are synched to the beat, seem to start randomly in their own cycle. For instance let's say I want my bass to go WUB WUB WUB WUB for beat one, sometimes it goes UB WUB WUB WUB W or B WUB WUB WUB WU.

I hope someone can make sense of this comment and help me out. Thanks.

Keep the LFO sync on "---" and just automate the speed if you know what you're doing. If you're just learning FL and not familiar with automations, learn that first or making dubstep is out of the question unless you want crappy wub lines.

use a:

saw at +0 oct

squre at +0 or if u want a rely sik sound +1

(once u do this ul end up with a not detuned grizzle)

then stick a 2 sign's in the bak at -1 then slightly (rely slightly) detune them from eachother

right click the LFO knob and find edit events left click that then a piano type thing will appear but one you click somewhere you notice the line will fill itself as far up as you put it ...thats the speed and changing it through out that bar

like if you put the bar to far into the next measure like say you have a 4 barred measure if you put that line even just a lil bit into the 5th measure it will have to wait another four bars to play again

try a cereba saw and fuck with tha knobs on tha sytrus interface.

actually, almost any "saw" synth sounds tight.

assign it to a channel and wobble it using tha "fast lp" effect in tha mixer.

right click tha "cutoff" knob and "edit events"

select "tools" "lfo" and fuck your shit up like wobwobwob.

I know this may not have anything to do with fruityloops but I use Logic 8 and I'm busy working up some dirty bass for dubstep but for some reason I can't get the wobble to hit on the note perfectly all the time, some times when I hit a note, the wobble starts half way through the wave I have chosen to use, can anyone help me to get around this plz?

If your using the lfo to control the cutoff filter, sometimes there is an option to sync the lfo to the beat, try that, or find a way of making the lfo start at the beginning of a note rather than just lfo-ing right the way through. hope that all makes sense.

yeah logic 8 has a sync on most of the synths but for some reason some don't. Otherwise it justs changing the rate form X Hz to 1/4 etc

It'll be because you've got the demo version, you can always buy the whole copy, its not too much and its a god vst but there are alot of free plugins out there you can use to the same effect, this is just to shwo the theory behind assigning an lfo to the cutoff

But err got a question: everytime my bass starts (in Toxic, NiceTone for example) or there's a different note, I hear some kind of punch or click. You know how I can remove that?

i've had that problem myself, i'm not how i solved it because i thinks its inherant with each particular preset, but try chaging the OSC wavefroms to saw or square if they arent already then all i could suggest would be to play about with the RESO on the filter, hope that helps
