Only thing that gets to me is the fact that people are still walking around while the flag is being lowered. Military bases everyone stops, cars, everyone outside stops "takes off hats" and stands and honors the flag...and overseas you honor both the US and host country flag during reteat.
what i'm also wondering is why he didn't remove his hat and he saluted the flag when he wasn't in uniform? hmm..
