I notice the way your punching. Very firm and stable, but hitting with the wrong knuckles. Try using the knuckle of your middle and index finger. Using the bottom two knuckles can result to injury. And building up those knuckles won't be any better.
@super5ickwidi7 The point of wing chun is to use the bottom three knuckles. This is because in the WC System, we use the verticle punch, and using the bottom three knuckles maximizes efficiency. And to prevent those injuries, we pound them to toughen the bones, and building these knuckles help maximize damage as well. Your statement may be true in regards to many martial arts, but in WIng Chun, that is the proper way to punch using those knuckles. Hope it helped explain your question :D

Very nice construction. How is the actual punching cussion made, and what is it filled with?
