I dont understand. Movie Maker is for editing videos and Dreamweaver is for making websites. How can the two be interchangeable. This programme is for making animations.

Ya the software that i used was Microsoft Gif Animator which was a free download. Simple and easy to use.

There are more complex programmes but again they cost and they take longer to learn.

Imagine that you have created a picture in Paint. Press Control A to select the whole picture. Then press Control C to copy that picture.

Now move an click on to Gif Animator. Now press Control V and the picture will be sent into the small box at the top of Gif A

if you want to make a simple animation this shows how to do it with free software. you can use paint which is free with office and microsoft gif animator is free to download. is there anything further to your question?

wtf?!? O_O 3000 is too much... i have made a stick animation with "Stick Figure Animation 3 beta" with frames and that took me 1 WEEK !!

if u make an animation with 3000 frames it will take you 1 year O_O .... d u catch me? ;)

yes i understand and the thing to do if you are going to go for that number of frames is to go to Flash and that gives you the ability to fill in the in-between frames without having to draw them all.
