@Benguin02 If you watch closely you can see how I.... uh... accidentally turn on the S.A.S. out of habit. Damn.

Well the point is that even though the command module DOES serve as a S.A.S. module, the rocket would have been stable even without its presence. In fact, if you were to install extra S.A.S. modules, they'd be overstrained as they'd try to counteract the spin induced by the construction, thereby actually destabilizing the rocket.
