Ok mythbusters did something very similar to this but with beer... its not that hard. you just need to put it in a freezer and take it out at the right time so that its still in liquid form but below freezing. then when you hit it on a table or something it will start to freeze.... This is nothing special
@porkypine745 put an unopened bottle of water in the freezer over night and make sure it isnt moved or touched at all. (put in a couple for a better chance) in the morning take it out and it should still be liquid. shake the bottle to turn it into ice. (may not be a solid block of ice like his if your freezer isnt as cold, but it is still pretty cool)
