I enjoyed this and has reduced my anxiety. Not completely because I know I need to do an hour but I've got to go out soon. So a bit of a quick sort out! But, I am saddened to see such negativity in the comments. People are so snappy these days and too busy proving their ego brain is right. We all need to speak with respect, open-mindness and compassion. Not egotism. But thank you for this video which is my focus. :-)

@LivingEnergyWorks well i got freaked out after because it was like a trance it got me really deep into it but the good news is it helped me open up my crown chakra these things work!!! just get high :) i have never felt that never gotten that deep it was like i was sleeping but very much aware of everything was odd try it out

@LivingEnergyWorks I highly doubt that these books constitute any real scientific research . Most of them are just anecdotal. But to give you the benefit of the doubt, I'll will read them before tearing them to bits. If there was such as thing as "vibrational medicine" and it actually worked and had studies to prove it, why aren't doctors using it?

Did you know they discovered a cure for cancer in 1934 but suppressed it and put the scientists who discovered out of business. This planet is run by a small group of 'Elites' and they already have cures, free energy and other advanced technology hidden away from the world because of financial POWER!

these are good. i'm trying to mature my meditation in terms of understanding the nature of 'love' better. instead of using it in a mantra where 'love' becomes a word, dis-attached from its energetic state, connect with a more primal understanding.... any suggestions?

@CECVENTURES ahhh very wise, all who do these meditations forget to remove a physical understanding of love, love is deeper than just an animalistic attraction. While you meditate as you visualize the light of love, visualize the love becoming more pure and golden, as it goes up remove the excess outward energies that will try to latch themsleves. tel me if this helps
