i was riding with my brother into town when it was by DJ's (gas station), we didnt really know there was a tornado in town entail we heard the sirens, and my mom was out of town. yeah it sucked.

I live in Grannis AR. Mena AR. is bout 40 miles away from me. Me and my dad were standing on the back porch when all of it happened.

I live near Dierks, and the funnell crossed in front of my storm celler. I was like omg i wanna look and my ears just popped and i said okay maybe not.lol

i stayed huddled in a closet for almost 2 hours while this was going on. im just so glad it missed benton. we already had enough damage with last years tornados.

i live in big cedar i wtached as me and my family home was pelted heavely by hell. my best friend and my brothers fiance were 2 of the 4children that were in the trailor house that was destroyed by the tornado. i have never seen anything like this in big cedar. it was unreal.

I chased that area for about 14 years if you do not know what you are doing can get killed quick. You guys took a huge chance because there are not that many escape routes in the Quachita Mountains and hard to see the tornadoes. I know my last chase in that area police were blocking roads but they let us through to get into position when the tornado hit Evening Shade, Arkansas in May 2003. Great video wished you would have kept the video rolling.

Just a note: those are the Ouachita Mountains. I know folks have a tough time with the spelling and the pronunciation of that word. It is pronounced Wash-a-taw

What an awful looking sky! I have a friend who's husband's father is from Ink, just a fwe miles up the road from there; I pray he and his new bride are okay! (They haven't heard as of yet; I pray they hear something soon!) FIVE stars!
