  • Not sure which one you mean Giorgia?

Suze Rotollo was written by me Mike Cohen and Richard Devereux who love Bob Dylan. We live in Bristol UK.

  • Which song is it?

  • Awww... I love this.

  • @amysita77 Thanks very much-I appreciate that

  • Thanks a lot. Love that version of Boots of Spanish Leather. When I sing my song I usually sing Don't Think Twice or Tommorrow is a Long Time or One Too Many Mornings first. Is that postcard genuine?

  • @Blindarthur Yeah, when I heard that version of Boots of Spanish leather I was instantly struck by his performance. Those songs are amazing! As for the postcard I don't know to be honest but I think it is. I mean Suze and Dylan communicated constantly via letters and such and it's even addressed to him.

  • This was awesome! She is a legend...

I made a video of Suze and Dylan. It would be cool if you checked it out. It's just pics of her and Dylan while his demo of Boots of Spanish leather plays. Of course that wasn't the only song he wrote about her.

  • @Blindarthur yeah. it was my first time seeing him. and most probably my last too. you're so lucky you got to see him many times!

  • I was there too. I think many youngsters go to see Bob out of partly curiosity. I have seen him many times since 1978. This will probably be my last one though. I was disappointed that he made no attempt to connect with his audience-admittedly difficult with such a large crowd-but he could have tried!

  • @Blindarthur oh. everyone who likes bob dylan is older than me. which is typical, but sometimes sad. i was literally the youngest person in the audience when he was playing at hopfarm last year. i just wish people my age would have better music taste.

  • Yes that was the one.Yes I was a bit late too but earlier than you.....

  • i just ordered her book, a freewheelin’ time: a memoir of greenwich village in the sixties, i take it that's the book you read? anyway i can't wait to read it. i hate the fact i was born in the 90s. i really, really wish i was a teenager in the 60s. rip suze though.

  • Well is it Bob playing?

  • Love it! Thanks for sending me the link. I listened to it in Costa Rica and my colleagues thought it was Bob playing!

  • Mike, is that you or Bob in the photo?

  • @koups5151

    Hi Koups

My son looks a bit like Bob- I wish I had the hair...

  • Nice one Mike! Good you can still remember back that far! :)

  • @caswell99 1964 is OK but have you seen my keys? Thanks!
