Pearl white is the best, ive caught tons of bass on them(Not just pearl white)Ive caught chain pickerel, rainbow trout, brown trout, walleye, perch, even big sun fish
Hey man great vid! Okay so I have a very small pond in the back of my house. It's like full with vegetation, and it's like swarming with bass but like the grass, weeds, and ect are like a roof over the whole pond. wouldn't a fluke be good for this type of situation especially since it's like mid/late summer, and the bass are looking for shade. Please answer the question. Keep up the greta vids, and please subcribe to my channel because i subcribed to you :P
Watermon Red is what always works for Me, the best way that gets me bass is you slowly reel it in close to the surface, and every now and then jerk it slightly and bass will attack it like crazy. Good video!
Man use a 4 ot wide gap red eagle claw. And don't run the hook completely through. Do what's called a skin hook. Where you have the hook all the way out of the back. Just have the tip of it poking through the skin. It makes the movements more life like b
Nice man! I just got some today and wasn't sure how to work it. Haha. I picked up some Albino and White Pearl. The white pearl were 75 cents for the pack! Walmart is great. :)
@bud172 umm i like it texas rigged like this, but i think that carolina rig would be good for the summer when it gets really hot and the fish are in deeper water.
Have u ever used the tiny fluke I picked up alot cuz academy had the in the clearance bin 44 cents so I stocked up and I won't to know. I don't really fluke fish mostly whacky rig so all advice wanted
@MrRedfishhunter I've never used them. im assuming your talking about regular flukes. i cant imagine its any different than the super fluke. you may just catch slightly smaller fish.
@zakman88 well im not familiar with the area, but I'm sure if you find the appropriate color it should work just fine. just find a color that's similar to the bait fish there.
Do you rig the same for the smokey shad fluke too cause they don't have a split belly like the one you showed us and they're skinnier too.
j0hnxjxrambo 2 weeks ago
@j0hnxjxrambo its the same. just measure where the hook is going to come out from, and make sure the bait is straight.

I am new to fishing, do i need to use a steel leader for bass fishing?
leosamson 5 months ago
@leosamson no thats not necessary at all.
soflobassfishing 5 months ago 3
@leosamson Nope, steel leaders are for fish like muskie
physchohead24 5 months ago
@leosamson No, in fact, you'll do better for bass without a steel leader, because the steel leader can easily be seen by the fish.

i havent got good results w/ the bigger flukes the smaller ones w/o the hook keeper to me gives alot of action compared to the bigger siblings

mrcdog300 1 year ago
@mrcdog300 when you first stick in the hook , take it out a little deeper. like when the bait reaches the curve on the hook. look at this 0:28
