Yea Ayu doesn't have a biological sister that's true, but in Asia, in many cases, when somebody is becoming close to another, they might generally start calling each other of what you'd usually call your own relatives: mother, sister, brother etc. The closest translation for Ayu's case is probably 'godsister' though they probably didn't have anything to do with christianity.

that is not in Taipei, that one was in Japan, 29, JUNE 2008. She was cried for her died 'sister', she was died on that day, but Ayu was went to US at that time

Yes I agree, her performance from this tour are "SOULFUL". And I agree with that, when she sang this song she though about her friend...it's was mentioned in her album (and the lyrics have very strong tense). But we must be precisely with some facts, other way someone could be confused. It's like with "Mika Noguchi"...one person it YT was certainly sure that she is Ayumi's mother... :D

ayu is an only child. it's her friend who passed away last year, when she was shooting the pictures for her GUILTY hotobok. she was kept in the dark about her friend's death, she only knew when she came back to japan and Mika told her. Ayu was then very devasted.

"Untitled For Her" was written to her very close friend who died. Her friends death + her left ear who stopped working made her go through a very tough time. This song is about all that.
