rudiment means the stages of a pattern and well if you playing any music its structured in a pattern so parts of a guitar riff are patterns but yes you are right technically only applies to drums but no worries :)

Look dood fuck these assholes they probably cant even get past the first rudiment on this song, the tempo yes was a little out but i mean for tabbing this out yourself it does sound pretty accurate. I say ignore these people and keep playing because what tries to keep you down can only make you stronger, and in your case your becoming a very strong guitarist in terms of unlocking the potential on the fretboard.
