There is an important term: power. A car battery is powerful. It can supply current up to 60A whereas one lemon can supply up to 0.3 mA. So if you need 60A out of lemons, you'd have to have 200, 000 lemons because:

200, 000 x 0.3 mA = 60, 000 mA= 60A
