Nice cover that vocally can't avoid sounding like a Morrissey imitation, the same way Dylan is always lurking in the shadows when covered.

I think the Gibson is in tune. The open E tuning combined with the flanger creates this twisted jangling sound.

You and all must really love Radiohead to turn a blind eye to the fact the Gibson (electric) is out of tune. I have played, studied and taught music for many years. The guitar is not in tune.Even the flange effect is not pulling it in.
Noe that said, Radiohead are brilliant, there's no knocking them, and I say this again, i would love to hear them play this again...in tune.
