I will just say this and it's enough when the Specnaz soldiers were evacuating mothers and children from the school in Beslan they came across tight corridors or doors a number of Specnaz soldiers put themselves inbetween the terrorists and hostages and protected the hostages with their bodies. There were situations where they just stood infront of terrorists and took all the bullets so that hostages could escape. Those were awarded with Hero of Russian Federation medal like medal of honor.

But some things they do include infiltration, special operations involving "enemy moral suppresion" they have licence to kill, they do not exist as citizens. They are the evil.

Specnaz did excellent job in Beslan when you take into account the circumbstances.
