@vvik, I didn't know about the ICS rom 4 the G2, would love to see you review it if you have time!

@merryberrys u r in luck. the g2 is one of the devices with an ice cream sandwich ROM already. check xda.
Can't wait for CM9 on my G2! I am rocking the Virtuous G-Lite Rom and loving last week's much needed update to it.
@TheDrebtz if you are rooted then you may get a custom rom. but officially you wont get an upgrade.
