I saw him pitch last friday against Philly and he was on fire. When his sinker is good he is almost unhittable. He has added some depth to our rotation. Along with Wainwright and Carpenter and Lohse if he is on we have a decent rotation. Wellemeyer is the only one who isnt consistent.
he should have made the all star game. he is having a great season and he usually heats up in the second half. if he doesnt win the nl rookie of the year i think it would be a major snub
