These guys have such a raw, live, electric energy in their sound, it's incredible. There is no bullshit with them...no overprocessed, effected, synthesized sounds and lip-synched vocals, which is all you hear on the radio these days. This is all real...all Death Cab. I will always love this band.
Sorry to disappoint but neither Ben Gibbard or Chris Walla play G&L guitars. They are both playing Fenders. Just look at the headstocks, they are different from G&Ls(who have very distinctive headstocks). Nor are they listed as artists who play G&Ls on the guitar makers own website.

Sorry to disappoint but neither Ben Gibbard or Chris Walla play G&L guitars. They are both playing Fenders. Just look at the headstocks, they are different from G&Ls(who have very distinctive headstocks). Nor are they listed as artists who play G&Ls on the guitar makers own website.
