His name comes from a fanmous freed slave who defended himself in the colonial courts to keep his freedom from those who wanted to make him a slave. The Young lady in the video in her on right is Adriana Evans, Vocal extraordinaire, who has so much ethnic soul you might explode her music can be found on YouTube as well.

In American History Dred Scott was a slave that was granted freedom because he moved to a state that diddn't have strict slave laws because his master died.Then there was this famous case.

The 3/5 Compromise or 18th Amendmeant were still in affect becayse this happened during Civil War.
