@metalgear26 I see where you're coming from,but I think it's pretty clear that the European commentator from GnPTV actually meant "the fight is fixed" more along the lines of meaning "the fight is set,signed and ready to go" as opposed to "the fight is crooked/manipulated" in any way.Not the best word selection visavis the perspective of American English,but I think the interviewer still did a good job of getting his overall meaning across.

I don't think saying this fight is fixed is the best word to use in any competitive sport .
