Actually it means "Heart Scan" =) Basically it's referring to the games "love tester" theme.

It'll actually go either way, because kokoro means Heart or Mind. Japanese doesn't directly translate into English, so all anyone can pull out of it is the idea.

The game's theme is reading what you're feeling. So if you think emotions lie in your heart, then it's Heart scan. If you believe emotions lie in your mind, then it's Mind scan. It really can go either way. I was just showing the "idea" since that's all you can really do when translating between languages.
