ive had my nape done twice, once with a bar all the way through which turned out too slow healing and painful to keep so out it went. i went back and got it with dermal implants and tore one out, so i had to go back in a few months and get it put back in. but of all 3 times i had my nape done it was MUCH quicker, less bloody and less painful looking.a total of 10 second on each side and at max 1 minute to get the bar through

I agree that that piercer is a hack. When I had my nape done there was no blood and it took 30 seconds from start to finish. I had it for almost 3 years with no problems. Also, I believe that the stuff on his glove is a type of lubricant for the needle so it goes in smoother.
