Personally, I don't see Megan as Glinda - but that's b/c I compare her to the original Glinda, Billie Burke. The Glinda who's most like Burke for me is Annaleigh Ashford. But don't get me wrong, Megan is an awesome singer/actress. I just don't see her as Glinda.

But I do see Jenna as Nessa. I think she has a beautiful voice, and she even bears some 'family resemblance' to my favorite Elphie: Eden Espinosa, who I hope will be in the movie. :)

Oh yeah, Megan is awesome, and no doubt she is one of the better Glinda's, but my personal choices for the movie are mostly based off the original Wizard of Oz movie; and I just think Annaleigh is better suited to play the teenage version of Burke's Glinda. But I also think almost every actress who's been on "Wicked" should cameo in the movie, esp Megan & Kristin & Idina, etc. :)

I found Jenna way too pitchy, especially in her first verse (and everyone else has commented on the lyric mess up so I won't bother). I don't think she's really suited to Elphaba.

Personally, after watching Sabrina the Teenage Witch, I prefer Jenna as Nessarose........ it just seems poetic that Libby always struck me as the character who would be perfect as a witch.

Megan Hilty was the best Glinda. if you saw her live in LA you would know what i mean. she was fantastic. her voice is no too low for the part. she has a huge range to her voice.

i was lucky enough to see wicked in LA many a time, in the beginning it was jenna as nessa and megan as galinda, the first time i saw it in SF Eden espinosa was Elphaba for act oine and act two Jenna stepped in as Elphaba, it was so funny, but they were both amazing!

Oops! The show "Nine to Five" was fun. I met Megan afterwards and she signed a picture of her and I from "Wicked". She is friendly. I was especially excited to meet Andy Karl from Legally Blonde. I saw him and yelled, "Andy Karl! I love you!" He said, "Thanks. I love hearing that" Then we talked for ten minutes about the show and being in LA instead of NY.

Everyone in the cast is super sweet.

i think she said, "Hold on just a second ????????" because this was the last performance of the night. so after the song, she went back to get everyone else who was backstage. at the end, they all came out and the mayor thanked each and every one of them. =)

Yes, Jenna sang the wrong words. She sang "like a ship blow from it's mooring as it passes the sea" instead of "as a ship blown from it's mooring by a wind off the sea". She did a good job though.
