people who are looking for a good tutorial go to gtainside and click gta 4 tools then click tools to add new downloads and on the first page find Sparkiv 0.6.6(IV & EFLC) and watch the vid and the download the file thumbs up so peoplle can see

Everybody, people make videos and there are already videos of the same thing out there, they just feel eagar to upload a tutotial, and leave alot of shit out,like this guy. and here, I will help, In order for this to work, you need the latest version of sparkIV: gta4-mods. com/script/simple-native-train­er-v60-f2115 (No space after dot) and you GTA IV Directory needs to be called "Grand Theft Auto IV"

I have a question: If I put the binkw.dll and binkhooked.dll in the GTA IV folder, and if i try to start the game, it says that Ive to reinstall the game or try it again. So, I deleted binkhooked.dll and this time it said, that it couldnt find the binkhooked.dll. And now, I had to delete binkw.dll so that the game runs. Now it runs but i still cant switch on the emergency lights for the Impala or victoria crown police car!!  SOMEBODY HELP ME PLS!!!!!
