@ChimeraHatake I came here cuz i was lost on how to get to that tower and stop protocol 10... the lift doesnt appear to be operating and in the lift shaft there is no way to grapple, ontop theres a stone seal.. gf. I only watch guides or walkthoughts when im REALLY stuck.. like walking for like 10 mins u know.
