Toshiba is one of the worst companies out there. They WILL deny your legitimate warranty claim. Regardless of the reason they will claim that you somehow damaged the item. I bought a brand new laptop and from day one it had an intermittent power loss failure. They said I somehow got water on it and it's $500 to fix. It never had one drop of water on it. I will get even, all I have to do is convince 10 people that Toshiba is garbage and they will lose at least $500 in profit. FFFF YOU TOSHIBA
