Hedgehog Biter

Mine has bitten me once or twice, hurts like hell, not so much the sharp teeth but they have such a strong jaw they will not let go

it does hurt they have really sharp teeth but yeah its mostly cause they cling on, u just gotta blow on their face and they let go

@lexsy12 yeah, dogs hate it too yet they love sticking their head out of the cars window for some reason lol guess theres a difference =)) i've never had a hedgehog, but they're so cute!! ^^ must hurt if you touch its spikes though

@lexsy12 sometimes that makes them madder, and they will bite down harder, a person has to be careful with hedgies, it kinda sucks, hes tried it about 5 times on me, but thats not in a row, prob a month apart, but im smarter, and wear glooves

My hedgehog's bitten me. He doesn't hold on.

after 3 years i got bitten for the first time yesterday... but it was a result of hand feeding and me not paying attention.

Yeah, you usually can't blame the hedgehog. In my case it was probably a "don't touch that" nip. He has a skin problem on his chin that looks sensitive. Both times I've been bitten were after I accidentally rubbed it.
