I have a question if anyone thinks they have a good answer for it. Talk hosts like Levin, Hannity, Rush are yelling and screaming about Obama and the Dems and shouting how they're robbing us and sending the country to hell, and it may be true... but how come they weren't screaming about the past 8 years with Bush in office and spending billions a week on these wars?. Even if it's a Dem controlled Congress that can pass laws and veto Bush, wouldn't this have been going on for years now?

@CARFOOP The last 4-years of the Bush administartion the democrats controlled both houses, as they do now. They could have stopped Bush from getting involved in Iraq. However, it was the Clinton's, Kerry,Schummer and numerous other Senators and Represenatives and Clinton's Sec. of Defense all crying Hussein has WMDs plus bad information supplied by the CIA and England's spy network. So now we have a POTUS who is a socialist doing his best to make the USA another Nanny state like Europe.

Enough is enough when we have a society and an economy that is healthy for the majority, as well as provides the opportunity to advance beyond what you were born with (or fail if you choose). Right now, the rights of some parts of society do not exist, and the U.S. is a place where the greedy get off easy. We need reform, though I disagree with this proposal (which I have already stressed in a previous post).

You're mindset that "the economy is the best indicator of the health of the economy" is so misguided. The maximum amount of freedom, economicly, socially, personally, and the protection of private property is the only indicator of a healthy country.

You clearly don't know what you're talking about when you say that Democrats have a poor track record. I do disagree with the proposed plan you speak of, but Dems have statistically outperformed Repubs since 1945. They have a better track record with the economy, which is the best indicator of the health of a country. Do your research pal. Oh and btw, I will commend you for your passionate speech, despite the fact that I disagree with most of what you said.
