  • thats the old school maxx...try the 3908 maxx.

  • 1st GEN E-MAXX sucks new one rapes

  • 1st Gen Emaxx is not that good compared to new emaxx. new emaxx can do everything better.

  • should i buy a brushless E-maxx or a brushless E-revo? in your opinion witch is the better buy?

  • thats the old e maxx!!

  • Peanuthead? Is that the best you can do? What are you like 9, maybe 10 years old? If you watch the video again, because obviously you missed it the first time around, you will see that it was a tug-a-war match, not a speed match between the two. Once again, watch the video now that I have pointed out the obvious to you, you will see that they were pretty closely matched in pulling ability at their current weight and tire traction coefficient.

  • @HELISTEVE35

Hey I just had a question about your trucks. I'm torn between one of these two or either a 4x4 VXL Stampede or Slash. Are these enough bigger/better to be worth the extra money in your opinion? Do they behave much differently? The 1/16 ones suck compared to their big brothers for example.

I have been poor up until now and had fun on combined on and off road with an XL-5 Slash and a REALLY OLD Stampede (analog speed control old lol) but AWD and fast sounds great. Any suggestions?

  • normal e-maxx vs BRUSHLESS e-revo? sure the e-revo is faster and stronger peanuthead

  • The E-Revo at the time this video was made had the stock pair of 7 cell 3000 mah nimhydride batteries with the Mamba Maxx brushless with the stock pinion, and the E-maxx had a 6000 mah 14.8 volt set up with stock motors and pinions with a 72 tooth spur. I had a pair of Trinity Monster Maxx motors in the E-Maxx but wore them out and burned one of the motors up when the other one quit pulling due to completely worn out brushes, so reinstalled the stock motors.

  • e maxx

  • Actually the vehicle with the highest friction coefficient x weight will be the one that wins providing that the torque required to turn the wheels at the traction limit of the tires doesn't exceed the motors ability to turn them. In this case power is ample in both vehicles to spin the wheels at the current weight and traction seen in this video. You will notice that they are pretty closely matched in pulling power until the E-MAXX snapped the rear driveshaft, at which point it was drug away.

  • @HELISTEVE35...Until the revo guns it and drags that classic maxx around like a rag doll.

  • Cause it has a brushless motor, if it had stock motors the two trucks would be peeling out in one spot trying to pull.

  • i should make a real video stupid ed necks and hell yeah she likes boys with big toys ......

  • the e revo would still win even if the e maxx had brushless...

  • @TheChris1696 ok fan boy. the emaxx is heavier, thus would win with the same motor etc.

  • @elitecamaroz28 Ther're pretty much the same exact truck...

  • @TheChris1696 why then would the erevo still win?

  • @elitecamaroz28 becasue the e revo is closer to the ground and could be gripping better

  • @douhnutz haha are you kidding me??? you are 100% incorrect. please note HELISTEVE35's post. he is correct. Being closer to the ground is true for corners but not in this case.

  • @elitecamaroz28 I SAID COULD ...u need to learn how to read closely i said COULD

  • you shall show the new E-Maxx 3908 brushless edition, thats some power

  • do u two even have the same battery

  • theres a huge difference the revo is brushless and thats an old emaxx so big difference

  • if you used a new e-maxx this vid would be a great showdown

  • there isnt a big diffrence between them...
