I bought the same tweezerman tweezers here in Canada at my Sally. They were an impulse, point of sale purchase, and were only $7. I too bought them because of the cute pink colour!
the turn it up heat protector spray you suggested was amazing!!! my hair looks healthier and it smells AMAZINGGG!!! i find all your recommendations really good. thanks!
Okay your my new favorite youtuber!!! I cant believe im JUST comming across your videos!
I love sallys andi was always scared to buy the sallygirl shadows and i had no idea you could connect them all this time! lol SO cool!!! so for like a few dollars we can make our own trios or quads! Great video! LOVE your hair ^_^
Thanks for the tips! I will have to check out those nailcolors. I have those little eyeshadows too, and I agree they're nicely pigmented.
Have you ever tried the Biotera shampoos and conditioners? They're supposed to be knockoffs of Biolage, well I just want to recommend one in particular that I cant rave enough about which is the Revitalizing (not reconstructing) So far its the only conditioner ill use for my long/fine hair, helps with detangling.
You really need to know how to use them to make any kind of rollers work out. You may just need more practice or your hair style and type of hair may not need rollers or the sizes you have used.
After you take the plastic wrap off you hold them with the color facing toward you and slide the up and down. They don't pop together. Also, you may have gotten one that is made weird, I've never had it happen, but sometimes the tracks don't fit.
How much was the package of rollers, Emily? I saw a pack in Target yesterday for $10 and I thought that was a little high, although, I have not purchased rollers in years so I'm not sure.
I don't remember the exact price, but I think it was less than five dollars for only 5 rollers. To get a full set you'd need to buy a couple of packages :)
I want to say first that I LOVE your videos. Second, I think you are beautiful! Third, thank you for the tips. I love Sally beauty! When ever I need hair stuff I go to Sally's.
I have the Sally Girl nail polish and I'm currently wearing one of them and I put it on Friday and it's Sunday now and it's already chipping. I haven't done anything too crazy to warrant chipping already. Do you put any sort of a top coat that prevents it? If so, what do you use?
I tried Sally's buffer brush. It hurts my face because it is prickly. Just as a suggestion, you might want to try the buffer brush from Coastal Scents. It costs less than Sally's and it is greater quality, super soft and applies without hurting your face.
Ha!! I was just at sallys today!

Sallys recently had eyeshadows for .99 and the brand is savvy. They are very smooth and pigmented. NOT chalky!! FYI

anaiduwhiteley 3 years ago
use a base coat and a top coat and it will help your polish last longer. there is no specific brand you HAVE to have, MOST work equally.
sullenxstars 3 years ago
Top coats are always a good idea. Some people will even put a coat on every day or two to prevent chipping of the color.
daniellelminer 3 years ago
Yes i always use a top coat. I like Sally Hansen Mega Shine- it is by far THE FASTEST drying polish I've ever tried :)
