No it doesn't mean it was intended for film, most likely, it was just filmed because they were bored and wanted something funny as a blooper / extra or something, and if it was, they were most likely finished with the scene at the temple and decided to do something and the crew probably thought it was funny so they filmed it. Toriyama was exec producer like Stephen Chow and they both wanted a script rewrite (Ben Ramsey who the fuck is he) but were IGNORED to the point Chow has refused to promote the film and Toriyama has remained silent.

Now the movie is bombing in the box office.
