yep, it's very very hard to compare any game to MGS, only Assassin Creed can be compared to MGS... and im talking about story line. Bah MGS, even tho it's so old it still have brillianry gameplay, so do AC.

i love the mgs series, have played all of them, including the abomanations they brought out for PSP (made me sick)

One thing i could never figure out tho was why did they introduce the main story line of the game (the patriots) in the second one, you have no mention of them in the first one...will always bug me

its kinda like this, They developed the whole Patriots scene when thinking ofa storyline for mgs2

Morever in mgs1 if u listen to one of the radio conversation where miller and snake suspect naomi to be working with the terrorists, then campbell (or miller...not too sure) tells them '...or she could be working with some different group all together..."

Of course this kinda vague, but then again he could have been refering to the patriots ....
