theres a way to save everyone in the end, you have to get the ship armour, multicore sheilding and thanix cannon, also loyalty with all characters

You can do that but make sure you have all ship upgrades and have the game difficulty on normal, if your paragon/renegade rating is at 85% or higher, everyone survives.

In Mass Effect 3 you get to go to the Quarian home-world to help assist in the Quarian-Geth world. My guess is you will get to pick a side and that side assists you against the reapers like how DA:Origins worked. If you side with the Geth, you are a dick a Tali will fuck off your penis

Well, maybe they reveal her true face in Mass Effect 3, since that's pretty much a pre-rendered model just to give her a humanized expression that you can see while she's using the helmet.

They wouldn't waste time modelling a super detailed and beautiful face since they never had the intention of showing it in the first place.

However, if you look closely, sometimes you can faintly see the shape of her face through the mask (not in the same sense as this video). To get a more realistic effect, rather than a "painted on" look, they made an actual model for her face, though it's not detailed, so that outline could be seen through the mask, with the enviro-suit effects layered over it.

I'm no game designer, though. That's just speculation.

Her face has an untextured material, if it doesn't require a material, they wont apply one, or they will just apply a block colour for the face, and a glowing incandescent material for the glowing eyes, which incidentally are visible through the mask.

No real point in putting effort into a material nobody is going to see (in theory).
