  • by the way she reacted it tasted like shit

  • Yay for healthy smoothy

    Nay for the unprofessional lady!

  • I really don't know what to make of David Wolfe...

He is quite the (eco-)/(bio-)/(esoteric) weirdo and

also often comes across as a pushy marketer... :(

but his ideas for smoothies and vast knowledge of

    superfoods are really impressive. :)

  • Excuse me ...did I miss the receipe part???

  • thanks for the upload

  • She's a biorobot!!!!!

  • She didn't seem very enthusiastic about the taste, but who cares about taste when you have so many wonderful ingredients in one drink?...Drinking one of these smoothies per day will keep sickness at bay...I'd love to make this smoothie everyday...I won't have all those ingredients on hand, but I'll use what I have and try to make sure that at least 2 superfoods are in my smoothies.

  • This guy doesn't seem too healthy.

  • and you 2 are the best people ever

  • where can i find this complete recipe??

  • PLEASE WHAT IS IN THAT GREEN CONTAINER, WHERE CAN I GET THAT POWDER, WHAT IS CALLED?!

  • @1Live2Love3Thrive Do you mean spirulina?

  • Vegans for teh win! he shoots he scores!

  • @ejb40plp Unfortunately for vegans, they're some of the sickliest people on earth. Smoothies aren't going to save them.

  • @MagUalghairg1916 Dude you don't know true vegans, they don't know what they're doing. My brother and I were raised vegan. I've been a fruitarian for nearly two years now and I run half marathons and practice martial arts. My brother, who is still vegan, is a 2nd degree black belt and is all muscle (we're talking a six pack here). Real vegans are healthy and vibrant people.

  • @Rawaholic Yes, you're 19 years old. I've known a few 19 year olds who eat a diet of pure junk food and smoke, yet you couldn't tell by looking at them, you know why? Because they're 19! It's cumulative danger my dear. That means it take a while for malnutrition to take it's toll. It could even show up in the next generation. But fortunately there are no multi-generational "vegans."

  • @MagUalghairg1916 Your either an idiot or just a troll. "There are no multi-generation vegans"? Do me a favor and take a trip up and down the Pacific coast and talk to the people that live this way. Tell this to the many folks in other countries such as India where vegan diets go back hundreds if not thousands of years in those parts of the world. Go get some more vaccines and fluoride like I once did. Instead of putting you in a wheelchair like it did me it's just eating your brain away.

  • @BrokenRRT I think you're a bit confused. The vast majority of the population in India eat liberal amounts of milk and butter (ghee) which contain many things such as B12 and essential saturated fats which "vegans" do not get. India cannot be considered vegan. I live on the Pacific coast and have never met a vegan family. I've met people who have been vegan for most of their lives but their parents were not. Besides spouting nonsense, you've proved nothing.

  • @MagUalghairg1916 You're wrong about B12; blue green algae has TONS of it

  • @Magicmanny Sure it does. How do you explain the reason David Wolf is recommending that vegans start eating ants or other insects in their diets to get enough B12? He seems pretty smart, why wouldn't he just say eat blue green algae?

  • @MagUalghairg1916 I worke in in one of the biggest hospitals in AZ for 10 years. I worked face to face hands on with patient care from the the ER door to the cardiac rehab. In 10 years not one time did I take care of a vegan patient. I never had a vegan patient in Rhabdo, liver failure, kidney failure, heart failure, and so on. Talk to a hospital nutritionist and ask them how many patients a year come in requesting a vegan diet. It's almost unheard of to have a patient request a veg diet.

  • @BrokenRRT Hospital nutritionist?? Well there's an oxymoron for you. Again, malnutrition due to long term extreme diets usually will show it's effects in the following generation of children. Maybe you should have asked those folks what their parents lifestyle was like.

It's interesting that Dr. Oz (Mr. low-protein, pro-vegan TV guru) was just found to have the beginnings of what could lead to colon cancer if it wasn't caught in time. And he has no family history of it. Put that in your file.

  • @MagUalghairg1916 The point I was making is ask the person in the hospital who does the ordering and looks after the supplies to feed the patients as to what products sell or are used the most of out the patients. Do me a favor and never comment on anything I post with a " Dr Oz" anything. If people can't see right through that vaccine pushing but non-taking sham of a man than they deserve to get ill and die. So your saying we only eat well for our offspring? You sound like a liberal idiot!

  • @BrokenRRT That's your argument?

  • @MagUalghairg1916 "Maybe you should have asked those folks what their parents lifestyle was like. Well there's an oxymoron for you! So we only get sick because of the way our parents lived? Have you listened to yourself? I followed in my parents steps and ate the same things they did. Same meat based diets. I fell ill and now disabled. It took getting ill to learn the hard way that more than likely if I did eat an organic diet that I wouldn't be sick and even less a chance if I was a vegan.

  • @BrokenRRT First of all, there are no "vegan," Just people who go on a low-protein diet for a few years till their body tells them that they better eat animal protein, or else. Sure, there might be a tiny minority that can do this in their later years of life, but that's not saying much. If you don't think that what and how your parents ate effect your health now, than you must have a total disconnect with the world and nature. Read _Pottengers Cats_, which is the only study of it's kind.

  • pure silly marketing fluff, snake oil salesman

  • sunfood diet success system is one of the most important books anyone can read. A working Philosophy in the law of attraction, personal willpower and ability to create ones own reality. I have studied philosophy for many years.. Wolfe totally knows what he's talking about. Become your own beacon of self control, power and light.

  • vegan for the win! ....work on the healthiest the Human body can be...

    hugs for you

  • Guys i have an answer.. doesn't the smoothie oxidate remaining unfinished in the blender? Usually even orange juice they says that oxidate with the contact of air..

  • Yes this is something that should be consumed immediately. I wouldn't take this in a thermos because it would turn very thick. That is how my other smoothies turn out any way because when they sit they thicken. I am sure it is still better than a soda in the middle of the day though. Wow, just saw you wrote this 2 months ago.

  • What kind of coconut is that? Where do you get them?

  • It is a mangosteen fruit not a coconut.

  • As shown in the first video, it's a Thai coconut...

  • thai coconut or some call it young thai coconut

  • He is a certified nutritionist and an authority on the healing properties in live foods, though may be certifiable as well. I suggest you do your own research before you make accusations about a person credibility. Take the raw food challenge... to talk the talk you first have to walk the walk.

  • I'll tell you one thing, the VitaMix is one of the best blenders ever. I make green smoothies with it every day. Although I do like this idea of a chocolate smoothie. :)

  • Shame it costs $1,000 AU for 1.

  • Yeah! Wooh! Go VEG!!

  • The beginning of knowledge is to accept that you know nothing.

  • in response to you below... his blender, the VitaMix, blends all of the components of the smoothie down to one liquid substance that the body can break down as a whole so it isn't left to digest each substance one at a time.

  • More like most expensive smoothie ever! Who can afford ALL those things first of all. And second of all, i'm all for a great smoothie, but i'm also of the mind that the body assimilates simple combinations a whole lot better than trying to digest a thousand different things from a thousand different geographical origins all at the same time.. Different enzymes are required to digest different things, and this just seems overkill at best.Just sayin.

  • Because everything is blended, that greatly helps in the digestion process.

  • @Daztents thanks you bro the key word u mentioned is overkill i mean wtf man why would someone mix all that stuff that woudl make my stomach hurt

  • Oh my god he totally snuck in that wink at the very end. Classic case of chocolate consuming: unconditional laughter and sillyness ;)

    BDE

  • eating fish is good eating red meat = fail my opinion bout meat.

  • i can concur about vegetarianism, i have been fortunate and listened to my inner self from young and stopped eating meat as my parents believed meat eating to be beneficial. but i found it lagging and heavy on the system.

personally i found myself lighter . there a 3 groups of energies that comprise of the universe. satva tama and raga we should only consume satva , vegetables. tama things are not good for you ,onions garlic meats mushrooms, this does make a difference on those who meditate.
