It is not not necessarily true that a child is gillick competent at the age of twelve, they can be at the age of three. A good solicitor will visit your child to acitane if indeed a child is gillick competent, as soon as they are instructed to represent a child. When the child is twelve the child can make their own application to the court to be released from care, but by then it is too late. Your child has already been BRAINWASHED and threatened by the local authority.
I just e-mailed NSPCC asking them for their stance on children & fathers' rights. I've not had a reply yet; if you're right, and they're in cahoots with the SS, then I don't expect a reply either.

Yes perversion, the judges involved in these cases are perverted, they bastardise and then sodomise the truth, all in order to uphold the corruption and vice of their wicked and corrupt system..
@Sliepnir2006 Is insensitivity when a young person you work with, as a residential childcare worker, curses you upside down for caring about them because nobody else did before they came to you. I have no doubt that mistakes have been made by ss and, to be honesr, there are not many sworkers not worth their salt but too many children slip through the net, as we hear about almost daily, I do what i do because i love children and believe that every child should have a chance in life.

Another little gem. A Mr. Umi Raval from CAFCASS headquarters has sent me an Email stating that they have no records of the children. And were NOT OBLIGED to do so. MORE TO COME ABOUT A JUDGE WHO WILL NOT ANSWER.

In the morning I shall go to Walsall to try and get an audience with the INCANDESCENT Mr. Rory BOREALIS. St. Elmo will look down upon us. I shall ask him to produce the CRITICAL CRITERIA under which three infants were ADOPTED and publish them on UTUBE. Wish me success.
