I know but they are stupid there was nothing wrong with it and this building isnt where the otis elevators are it wasnt the hospital either I thought the hopsital was torn down but it wasnt

Wow, and as with UT's Experimental Science Building, they are now done with the exterior construction, and working on the interior. It is scheduled to open in the later part of this year.
