Totally Random but, is there anyone who knows the title of this movie that I'm looking for it's driving me crazy. This woman was having visions since she was a kid and her father would have her commited. Her visions were about these red-head girls that would dissapear and one of them was her best friend. In the end they figure out that it's a Doctor that the kids called Dr. Cough Drop. He kidnapped them because they looked like his sister, which he blamed for their fathers death.

I was watching this last night and it was great until the last 20minutes when we had a thunder storm which knocked off our cable and we missed the end. From where Michaels mom confesses she brought her up and Michael collaped do not know who the big guy with tatoos was or why she had cut off her hair earlier can anyone who saw this fill me in.
