The Senate passed BAIPA unanimously, before Obama became a US senator, he opposed the Illinois version, held it up in his comity, so that it did not get a vote until after he left (it passed). NARAL did not dare oppose BAIPA, but BO DID! Research BAIPA, only the far left would oppose it.
