I miss the point of this video. If you are truly house hunting you ask your broker for non-fixer uppers and move on. Apparently, you just wanted to make a video and hear your shrilly voice on youtube. So again whats the point, this house is not your cup of tea....move on.

Hey, this video lacks a lot of detail. I really don't mind pink walls, if its a nice gentle off white pink colour. If my house was painted pink to a high standard I'd stick with the pink, unless it was some sort of flamboyant purple or something. The most concerning things to me are the mould, what is causing the mould and the buckled floor. Looks like the house must have been sitting there for a long time for the mould to get so bad. How much do you reckon it would cost to sort this place out?
@Cdogpyjamas It would cost most of your sanity and far too many hours of your life. (The realtor said at LEAST 50k.) The place was a nightmare dump from hell. The smell alone would have been enough, but the "decorating" was especially egregious. I'm fine with pink, but this was horrible, and everywhere, and bad in every way.
SOMEONE liked it, because it's been bought and fixed up and looks really great from the outside. I'm not going in there again, though. It just isn't worth the risk.
@naamahdarling Oh that's great. Of course it's hard to tell how bad something is just from the video. If you have mould you could end up having to knock down walls and having to replace structural beams with the rot, not the sort of thing you want to get into if your a novice, unless the house has an amazing location near a beach or amazing mountain views or something. Our bathroom is a light shade of pink its quite nice.
