I respectfully, but strongly disagree w/Mr. Beamer's assessment. He is factually incorrect and is only speaking from emotions.
There is no rational reason to stop the mosque. I have put too much time and money into raising funds for it.

Muslims are being spied on aggressively. The general public is very happy about that. That is what the patriot act is all about.
We Americans are always watching for Muslims doing anything suspicious . We are the front line of the war on terror.
Of course most muslims are not violent radicals. The good muslims have no power. The evil ones do.

"Children of the Stock of Abraham" means exactly that i.e. ALL of the children of the Stock of Abraham and NOT just the children of the Stock of Isaac.
Trying to see it any other way would be just plain disingenuous.
