Her abilities are suited to her purposes, as are those of the others. Though I love her singing voice, it's not fair to compare them in such a way.

Hazrat Dawood (as) was a divinely pronounced Prophet thus (in a way we could say) he had access to all of Allah's power. We can't say that about Abida Parveen. Maybe she is maybe she isn't unless she claims it. Thus comparison is a disrespect to prophet. I would even go further to say that even Abida herself might not want us to compare and claim that she sings at Hazrat Dawood's (as) level.

I'm told that when Hazrat Daud a.s used to sing every creature on earth including rivers, rockz, etc used to come to him to listen his songs..that melodious was he... i've never heard him myself... but After listening Abida i can safely say that it wud b someting like she does... she has all that charisma that can move a person so badly from inside...
