I dont see what the big deal is! I can do 4 times that much weight whilst eating bags of flour and singing yanky doodle dandy. When not do a bit of free style, perhaps chinny-pullups (Copyright and TM Shamus) Where you have one palm away and the other towards you, See if you can rip your arms clean off. I can, its easy.
Thanks for comments everyone. I know there are better and much stronger people out there - do a search on one arm pull ups and see the guy who does 8 one arm chin ups with each arm!
To cm303067, at the end of the day, I've put a lot of years and hard work into training so I don't think there is anything wrong with showing others.
I'm not impressed by people who do one arm pullups because you can seriously damage your forearm and tear your bicep with the arm that is bearing the weight. Quite stupid, actually.
But the point is, you're doing only two reps with an easy grip. Maybe you should go lighter, work with higher reps, and build up strength thtat way mate.
