@stigfan35 Shut up you drama queen. I have to agree with Bill Murray. Dave Coulier actually sounded more like Peter than Lorenzo Music did. Lorenzo just sounded like Garfield all the time which ISN'T the point. I don't ever recall Peter Venkman being overly humourous with his exaggerated sarcasm and egotistical outline. Lorenzo did that because he was used to voicing Garfield. He interpreted Peter's character incorrectly that's why he got fired. Dave Coulier is better imo.

@supremeobliterator He's more of a psychologist and never seemed to take his parapsychology seriously, and was a jerk around. Egon's great with physics, as is Ray with his engineering background.

This was a great show.....some of the plots like this one, are pretty intelligent. I'm pretty sure the whole Hob Anagarak story went over my head when I was five, but I loved it then, and I love it now!

@jpwhite2 I wasn't trying to start anything but I have looked it up before I even commented. I do research for a living so looking something up extensively is a habit for me. There is nothing that I could find that suggested Alaska or Hawaii became a state after this cartoon was made. The controversy I did find was from 1959 when Hawaii became a state for fear of racism mostly. That's all I'm going to say about it, the fact that I gave a date should have suggested I did look it up.

And technically a witch would be a person with magical powers. (there are different types of magic-users, but you get the idea)

Maybe he meant that Venkman was stealing the sheets off of his bed.

Short Sheeting the bed is where you tuck the majority of the sheets under the mattress on one end. That way you climb in and can't find the sheets.

Apparently there is a second way too. Where you climb in and you can't get your feet all the way inside. Basically you fold the top sheet in half one end gets tucked in at the top of the bed and the other end is left free like normal. So if you peel back the blankets to climb in you can't get your feet all the way in.
